ArenaNet (the makers of the MMO Guild Wars) played an April Fools joke on the players. Each player was turned into a Stick Figure for the duration of April 1st.

This is a screenshot from the last time our guild ever did the dungeon "Molten Core" in WOW. We had formed our guild 2 years before with the explicit purpose of raiding together, and it had become such a part of our lives that even though we all had better gear and harder dungeons to crack, we would still come together each week and clear Molten Core, just because it was something that was part of our bonding process. It was stupidly easy towards the end, and the number of people slowly got smaller and smaller each week until this last run was completed with just 20 level 60 characters - half the "normal" number. It was like saying goodbye to something that bound us together, and even though we had more higher-level dungeons to conquer, they never felt quite the same and the guild dissolved and reformed into something new shortly after we stopped raiding Molten Core.

Contestants and audience members at the recent Miss Valcyn 2008 beauty pageant in Star Wars Galaxies. While the event takes place on the Valcyn server it attracted visitors from all other SWG servers who created alts in order to attend.

The closest members of our guild celebrating Christmas with a raid on a horde town. Some were real life friends, others only from WoW, which we ended up meeting IRL a few weeks ago.

This was during one of the weeks leading up to Christmas. It started off with just three of us (mounted on reindeers) standing side-by-side in a row. Of course, the sight of three reindeer together attracted a lot of attention. So the group grew to four... then five... and it kept growing. We eventually decided to make a tower, and everyone happily complied. What you see above is the result of a completely random social event, with everyone participating to make it happen.

I'm looking to gather some more visual data points of all the interesting social phenomema happening in MMOs. - Emergent Behavior: Interesting social behavior that emerged in game, whether this is a vigil, a funeral, a wedding, or someone crashing your party.
- Strange Bugs: Like the WoW Plague.
- Funny Moments: Humorous moments in your guild or adventures.
- Others: any other screenshots that you think are interesting but don't fall into a category above.
